Sheets, towels, gas ,electricity, and water, final cleaning
Not Included:
Tourist tax: € 14 per night ( 8 x € 1.7)
Security deposit is € 350, paid immediately upon reservation (= booking is confirmed)
The accommodation costs will be deposited at least 14 days before arrival into account number

After your stay the security deposit will be transferred to your account, minus the tourist taxes,
provided the house is " ready for cleaning" *and without any damage
If the stay is cancelled less than 14 days before the set arrival date, the full price will have to be paid.
Pets are not allowed.

Keys will be handed over upon your arrival.
